Roofing Service Areas Around Rosharon, TX

Thirteen towns inside a thirty-minute radius, and a county line running through the middle of it that decides whether your re-roof legally needs a windstorm certificate.

Rosharon is the base and the radius is about thirty minutes. Past that the drive stops making sense, you would be waiting longer than you should, and a company closer to you would serve you better. Thirteen towns have their own page.

Why the county line matters more than the mileage

Something worth knowing before you compare quotes across this service area: the Texas Department of Insurance windstorm programme applies to whole counties, and Brazoria County is one of the fourteen first-tier counties while Fort Bend County is not. So a re-roof in Rosharon, Manvel or Alvin needs a WPI-8 certificate to keep TWIA wind and hail eligibility, and an identical house in Arcola, Fresno, Sienna or Missouri City does not.

Pearland is the complicated one, because the city spans Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend counties, so the answer depends on which county your specific parcel is in rather than on your postal address.

First-tier county list from the Texas Department of Insurance Windstorm Inspections Program. Permit authority confirmed against each municipality's own published information, July 2026. Pearland spans three counties, so the windstorm answer there depends on the individual parcel.

None of this is about distance from the coast. Rosharon is about thirty miles inland and it is firmly inside the programme. The full explanation is here.
