Manvel sits where SH 6 crosses SH 288, and it has spent the last fifteen years turning from a rural crossroads into a city of master-planned neighbourhoods: Rodeo Palms, Pomona, Sedona Lakes and the newer sections still going up. There is still real acreage on the edges, so the roofing work splits cleanly between subdivision re-roofs and agricultural metal.

Beryl came through this corridor on July 8, 2024.
